At TMacLife, we don’t guess ,we assess. Our Initial Assessment & Treatment session is designed to uncover the root cause of your pain, injury, movement issue or performance limitation not just treat symptoms temporarily. Whether you’re an athlete, active individual, office worker, post-op client or struggling with ongoing pain, this session gives us the time to properly understand your body and create a clear recovery plan. Your Session May Include: Full injury and medical history review Movement & biomechanical assessment Range of movement testing Strength and stability testing Functional movement screening Postural assessment Hands-on treatment Soft tissue therapy / sports massage Joint mobilisation or manipulation (if appropriate) Dry needling (if appropriate) Rehab exercise prescription Recovery advice and load management guidance What Makes TMacLife Different?
